Problems with any of the above components will give you back pain. In some cases the reason is unclear. The main reasons which damage your back are

Medical conditions

Some medical conditions related to your back may also result in back pain.

Ruptured disk: Our spine segments(vertebra) are cushioned by disk. When there is damage in the disk, maybe a crack that forces the fluid in it to squeeze, and there will more pressure forcing on the nerve resultant, you have back pain.

Bulging disks: Protrusion(Bulging disk): A very common condition when we age. It occurs when the annulus structure gets weak. This damage will make the nucleus pulposus move from its normal position and due to this, there will be more pressure on the nerve causing back pain.

Kidney problems: Kidney stones or infection in the urinary tract or the kidney will have back pain as a symptom. For products related to kidney diseases check on our Ayurveda product section
